About us

NEURO NATIVES was founded in 2024 as a result of recognising the lack of science backed awareness training supported by lived experience.

After 15 years of working in Tech, Education and Charity sectors, it was time for Jess to put all this experience to good use (picking up an MSc, BSc and Counselling qualifications along the way).

Severe burn out and a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism in 2022 and 2023 respectively, Jess found herself being the expert advocating for herself with her employers having no clue as to where to start.

Countless hours researching, understanding what was available and the steps needed to support businesses and their employees. Jess, as a result, decided to found Neuro Natives so that employees and employers have the information and guidance they need.
